Ghana’s youth midfielder Mohammed Amando has signed for LaLiga 2 side Agrupacion Deportiva
Alcorcon (AD Alcorcon) on loan from Wa All Stars who are top of the Ghana premier league table.
Amando signed for the Spanish side after the Ghana national under 20 male team the Black Satellites
were not able to qualify for the CAF African youth championship slated for Zambia in 2017.
The rugged midfielder was very influential in the Satellite’s African youth championship qualification. He
featured in over 20 games for Wa All Stars in the 2014/2015 Ghana premier league and over ten games
in this season’s Ghana premier league for All Stars who are three games away to be crown champions of
the 2015/2016 premier league season in Ghana.
The player had his medicals in Ghana before enplaning to the Spanish Capital Madrid on Sunday( September 11)
morning. He will join the team after their weekend game against Gimnastic in the LaLiga2.
Alcorcon are twenty first on the LaLiga2 league table with two points just above bottom placed Rayo
Vallecano after three games in the 2016-2017 Spanish football season.
