There were some amazing Ghanaian goals in Europe this weekend with the likes of Christian Atsu and Emmanuel Agyemang Badu scoring magnificent goals for their respective clubs.

Italy (Serie A)
Emmanuel Agyemang Badu (Udinesse)
Former Asante Kotoko and Black Stars midfielder, Emmanuel Agyemang Badu was at his utmost best this weekend for the Zebra’s as he hit a stunning 18 yard volley to snatch a consolation goal for the Udinesse in their 3-2 loss to Lazio in the Serie A. Emmanuel Agyemang Badu lasted the entire duration[90 mins] of the game.

Kwadwo Asamoah (Juventus)
Black Stars midfielder, Kwadwo Asamoah was handed a starting role in Juventus 4-1 victory over the Blucerchiati’s at the Old Lady Stadium, Turin. Kwadwo Asamoah played 80 minutes of the game until he was substituted for Peluso. The old ladies of Italian football currently lie atop of the Serie A table with 55 points.
Afriyie Acquah (Parma)
Ghanaian youngster, Afriyie Aquah came on in the 85th minute for Marco Parolo as Parma came from a goal down to trounce Chievo 1-2 on Sunday. Parma currently lie 8th on the Serie A table with 24 points behind league leaders Juventus.
Alfred Duncan (Livorno)
Former U-20 midfielder, Alfred Duncan was also handed a starting role for Livorno in their 3-0 defeat to 2ndplaced AS Roma. Alfred Duncan was substituted in the 46th minute. Livorno currently lie in the relegation zone with 13 points.
Yussif Raman Chibsah (Sassuolo)
Ghanaian international, Yussif Raman Chibsah lasted the entire game (90mins) for Sassuolo as they beaten 2-0 by Torino on Sunday.
Sulley Muntari (AC. Milan)
Black Stars midfielder, Sulley Ali Muntari was not part of the AC Milan team that faced Hellas Verona on Sunday. The Black Stars midfielder is still serving a three match suspension.
Christian Atsu (Vitesse Arnhem)
Ghana winger, Christian Atsu scored a stunning long range goal in the 3rd minute to help Dutch side, Vitesse Arnhem claim a last-gasp 2-1 win at PEC Zwolle and move three points clear atop the Eredivisie on Saturday.
Ghana international, Kwame Quansah played the first 45 minutes of Heracles’ 1-3 away loss to leaders FC Twente. Fellow compatriot, Shadrach Eghan was unused substitute for FC Twente. Matthew Amoah is still out injured (Hamstring).
France (Ligue 1)
Jordan Ayew (Sochaux)
Black Stars forward, Jordan Ayew could not help salvage the woes of ligue one outfit, Sochaux as they continued to drop maximum points in the on-going French league. Jordan Ayew played 80 minutes as Sochaux lost 2-0 against Montpellier on Saturday.
Johnathan Mensah (Evian TG)
Black Stars defender, Johnathan Mensah played full 90 minutes for Evian TG as they drew 0-0 with John Boye’s Rennes away. John Boye was not part of the Rennes team as he continues to recoup from his knee injury.
Majeed Waris (Valenciennes)
Ghana forward, Abdul Majeed Waris could not play his second game for Valenciennes as their game against Andre Ayew’s, Olympique Marseille got postponed due to bad weather conditions.
Ghana defender Daniel Opare picked up an injury while playing for Standard Liège on Saturday evening. He only lasted 38 minutes of the game.
Nana Kwesi Asare (Gent)
Ghanaian Left back, Nana Akwasi Asare played the entire 90 minutes as Gent lost 0-1 at home to Kortrijk in the Belgian Pro-League. He received a yellow card in the 32nd-minute.
Former U-20 winger, Frank Acheampong was an unused substitute for RSC Anderlecht as they lost 2-1 to FC Mechelen in the Belgian Pro-League.
Turkey (Super League)
Black Stars Defender, Jerry Akaminko played 90 minutes for Eskişehirspor in their 4-1 loss to Koyanspor in the Turkish super league.
Kwame Karikari (Balikesirspor)
Ghana hopeful, Kwame Karikari played 89 minutes for Balikesirspor as they drew 1-1 with Fethiyespor. Former, Black Stars keeper Richard Kingson was not a part of the Balikesirspor squad.
Spain (La Liga)
Richmond Boakye Yiadom-(Elche)
Black Stars forward, Richmond Boakye Yiadom started Elche’s game against Rayo Vallecano from the bench. He came on in the 76th minute and provided an assist for Jarvi Marquez to slot home the second goal of the game. Elche won 2-1.
England – English Premier League
Black Stars midfielder, Michael Essien was not a part of the Chelsea team that beat Manchester United 3-1 in the English premier league on Sunday.
Derek Boateng was also not part of the Fulham team that lost 2-0 to Arsenal on Saturday.
Black Stars defender, David Addy played the entire 90 minutes for Vitoria Guimaraes as they beat Olhanense 1-0 in the Portuguese League.
United Arab Emirates
Black Stars Captain, Asamoah Gyan played full 90 minutes for Al-Ain as his side drew 0-0 with Ajman who lie bottom of the Arabian Gulf league table.
