Rahim Ayew has issued a come-and-get-me plea to Ghanaian League giants, Kumasi Asante Kotoko.
Rahim Ayew, 27, has been out of action for almost a year and a half after mutually terminating his contract with the Ashante warriors.
Speaking in an interview, the former Zamalek, Eleven Wise and FC Lierse defender admits he’s missed playing and will love to be a part of the current Kotoko set-up.
“I like Kotoko, i still follow their games, if Kotoko come to me, i will play for them,” Rahim told SportsXtra.
“Kotoko wanted me to be with them for a longer period. I asked them to bring me an offer after my initial season.”
“ I waited and waited until I received an offer which was same as the one they offered me but this time for two years. If I sign for let’s say 1000 Cedis and you want me to stay longer, you have to better the offer. So I advised myself”
