Black Stars head coach Avram Grant has admitted that he has failed to monitor Ghanaian players plying their trade on the African continent. The Former Chelsea gaffer was answering questions from the press as to how he keep taps on players plying their trade on the African Continent. “I must say I do not monitor any Ghanaian player on the African continent and I am not happy about it but that is the truth,” Grant told reporters. “But I have to say that all the players invited were monitored because we have a mechanism of monitoring our players,” he added. Players like TP Mazembe trio Yaw Frimpong, Solomon Asante, Daniel Nii Adjei have all churned out great performances for their club but have been ignored by the Israeli. The former Portsmouth manager boss has come under intense criticisms for spending too much time in Europe and America monitoring the only Ghanaian players there neglecting the other talents elsewhere.
